TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Your box.
Or our watch.

Choose a defined deployment you operate, or keep Axion involved through a managed subscription. The difference is simple: who runs the system after launch.

Every engagement begins with a written scope covering the workflow, environment, dependencies, and acceptance checks.

Engagement options

01CUSTOMER HOSTED
$2,000ONE-TIME DEPLOYMENT FEE

Deployment fee

Axion installs the agreed software on one compatible box supplied and controlled by your business, configures the scoped workflow, verifies the setup, and hands it over.

  • Installation on one customer-provided box
  • Initial configuration for the agreed workflow
  • Setup of the agreed system connections
  • Launch verification and operational handoff

Handoff means handoff.

After acceptance, your team operates the system. The fee does not include ongoing monitoring, support, maintenance, repairs, changes, or upgrades. Any later work requires a separate contract.

DIRECT VENDOR COSTS

Budget separately.

≈$30–$300+ESTIMATED PER MONTH

These charges come directly from the providers. You create and own the Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, and other vendor accounts. Each provider bills your payment method directly. Axion does not collect, resell, or add a markup to these charges.

  • AWS hosting$12–$44
  • OpenAI model usage$10–$200+
  • Storage, backups, domain, and other services$5–$50+

Illustrative estimate for light-to-moderate small-business use, reviewed September 2026. Actual charges depend on traffic, model choice, token use, storage, integrations, region, taxes, and vendor pricing. Heavy use can cost more. See current AWS pricing and OpenAI model pricing.

02AXION MANAGED
MonthlyPRICED TO SCOPE

SaaS subscription

Your team gets ongoing access to the agentic system while Axion remains responsible for operating and improving the service around the agreed workflow. Cancel anytime.

  • Access to the managed agentic system
  • Ongoing service support and maintenance
  • Continuous improvements to the agreed workflow
  • System updates and operational monitoring

Axion stays involved.

The monthly fee depends on workflow complexity, usage, integrations, and support needs. The proposal states the exact price and included service level before work begins.

Hardware and work outside the agreed scope are excluded unless the proposal expressly includes them. Under the customer-hosted option, third-party services and model usage are purchased and paid for directly by the customer.

DATA + CODE OWNERSHIP

Clear lines.
From day one.

Using the system does not give Axion ownership of your business information. Deploying the system does not transfer ownership of Axion’s software.

01 Your data
You own it.

You retain ownership of the data, documents, prompts, business rules, and other materials you provide, together with your rights in workflow outputs.

02 Axion software
Axion owns it.

Axion retains ownership of its platform, agent framework, source code, reusable components, deployment tools, and generalized improvements.

03 Customer-hosted use
The delivered version is licensed.

The $2,000 deployment fee includes a continuing, non-exclusive license to use the delivered version on the agreed customer-controlled system. It does not transfer copyright or source-code ownership.

04 SaaS access
Access follows the subscription.

The subscription provides the right to use the managed service while the subscription is active. It does not transfer the service or its source code.

Need different ownership terms? A source-code transfer or customer-owned custom component must be identified, separately priced, and agreed in writing before development.

This page is a commercial summary. The signed proposal and service agreement define the final scope, license, data handling, payment, and ownership terms.

THE NEXT STEP

Choose who owns
the operation.

Start with the workflow and the environment. Axion will turn that into a written scope for the deployment or subscription that fits.
